​I'm Kornelia Schlemme – Chief Logistics Officer at PurePC.

I've been working in logistics and organization for over 20 years – and during this time, I've learned one thing in particular: When processes aren't well-thought-out, it's immediately noticeable. That's why my focus is on clear structures, forward-looking planning, and smooth operations – every day, for every package.

At PurePC, I'm responsible for our entire logistics process – from receiving goods and warehousing to shipping to our customers. I manage the workflows, optimize our processes, and ensure that everything arrives on time, complete, and safely. For me, it's not just about shipping something – it's about making reliability tangible.

My daily routine is characterized by planning, monitoring, preparation, and communication. I take care of shipping preparation, packaging materials, label printing, and shipment tracking, while also ensuring that our warehouse remains organized and efficient. I work in a structured, solution-oriented manner – and always with the goal of making our processes as smooth as possible.

What's important to me
In logistics, every detail counts. It's important to me that our customers can trust that their order will be carefully packaged, shipped on time, and arrive complete. I believe that quality starts with the small details – with the organization, the packaging, the label.

What drives me
I love it when processes work. When everything is in the right place at the right time. I'm motivated by the challenge of working ever more efficiently, thoughtfully, and in a more structured way – for a company that values ​​reliability just as much as it does to me.
