Where is PurePC located?

Our workshop is located at Knickstraße 42, 30890 Barsinghausen, Germany. We don't have a physical store, but work by appointment.

Can I customize my PC?

PC purchase & configuration

Yes! Instead of a configurator, we offer personalized advice. Simply contact us, and together we'll put together the perfect PC for you.

How long will it take for my PC to be ready?

PC purchase & configuration

This depends on the availability of components. It typically takes 5–10 business days for your PC to be fully built and tested. And then it's on its way to you!

What payment methods do you offer?

PC purchase & configuration

We accept cash payments on-site as well as all common payment methods via SumUp. Online, we offer Sofortüberweisung, Klarna, PayPal, and other common payment methods.

​Do you offer financing options?

PC purchase & configuration

Yes, we offer PayPal within 30 days and Klarna within 30 days as payment options. Traditional installment payments are not currently available.

Shipping & Delivery

How is shipping done?

We ship our PCs securely packaged via our shipping partners DHL, UPS, and Hermes. All packages are, of course, insured.

Can I pick up my PC directly?

Yes, you can pick up your PC directly from us in Barsinghausen by appointment.

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping fee is a one-time €30, regardless of the size or weight of the package. This ensures that your PC arrives safely packaged and insured.

Will my PC be tested before shipping?

Yes, every PC is thoroughly tested and checked for errors before shipping. This involves using special software and a complete PC reset.

Repair & Maintenance

Do you also offer PC repairs?

Yes! We repair broken PCs and also offer professional cleaning.

Can I send my PC in for cleaning?

Yes, you can send your PC to us or bring it in by appointment.

How long does a repair or cleaning take?

Repair & Maintenance

It depends on the problem. A cleaning usually takes 1–2 business days, while a repair takes 3–7 business days, depending on the defect. However, we also offer an express option: With a repair, you'll receive a diagnosis after just 1 business day, and with a cleaning, you can pick up your PC after 6 hours.
