Shipping information
At PurePC, we place great importance on the safe and reliable delivery of your order.
Below you’ll find all essential information about our shipping conditions:
Shipping Methods
We ship your order using DHL Standard, DHL Express, Hermes Standard, as well as UPS Standard and UPS Express.
The shipping service provider is selected depending on the order and customer request.
If no preference is expressed, we will ship by default via our partner DHL (Section 315 BGB – Determination by the service provider).
Delivery Times
The delivery time varies depending on the nature of the order.
We will inform you of the exact delivery time individually when the order is placed, so you always know when to expect your delivery (Section 312i (1) No. 2 BGB – Information obligations in electronic commerce).
Shipping Costs
For each shipment, we charge a flat shipping fee of €50.
For express deliveries, an additional flat fee of €90 applies
(Section 312d (1) BGB in conjunction with Article 246a (1) No. 4 EGBGB – mandatory information on prices and additional costs).
Delivery Area
Our delivery area covers all countries within the European Union (EU) as well as Switzerland.
We ensure that all shipments comply with EU consumer protection and customs regulations.

Services
All shipments are fully insured for the total value of the device to ensure maximum security during transport
(Section 447 (2) BGB – Transfer of risk in sales involving shipment).
Freight Notice
We currently do not offer freight forwarding deliveries.
All shipments are processed through the shipping methods listed above.
Important Note on Liability
Please note that once a parcel is handed over to the shipping service provider, that provider becomes responsible for the condition of the package (Section 447 (1) BGB – Transfer of risk in sales involving shipment).
PurePC is not liable for any damage to the package or its contents after transfer of risk.
If you notice any visible damage upon delivery, please contact us immediately — within 7 days of receipt (Section 377 HGB – Duty to inspect and notify defects) — so we can assist you further.
Notifications received after this period can no longer be processed.
